So sah sie einst aus...das liegt bestimmt schon 4 Jahre zurück...-That's how the bridge looked some time ago, maybe 4 years or so....the time it was out of use...
Diese Woche ging es endlich los mit dem Bau....-This week preparative work for the construction has started....
Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Arbeiten erfolgreicher verlaufen, als am ersten Arbeitstag....-Hopefully work will be carried out more successfully than on the first working day....

Habe gerade nochmal geschaut und festgestellt, dass ich von ca. 4 Jahren schrieb, die die Br[cke nicht befahrbar war, aber in Wirklichkeit waren es fast 8 Jahre, denn schon 2002 war sie f[r den gesamten Verkehr dicht gemacht worden.Vielleicht für die Fussgänger etwas später...
It was already in 2002 that the bridge was not any more operational, memory is an interesting thing...
