Yesterday evening on TV they showed as every year nice moments of the
Holi celebrations in Mauritius. Holi is the most colourful celebration of the Hindus.Unfortunately my own pics taken years ago in Mauritius are of too poor quality and in Rodrigues I haven't seen anybody on the streets throwing colours onto people who just happen to be around...as it is done with lots of fun...
So just some pics I found on the Internet, and I have to admit, they are from India and not Mauritius...But it looks very similar!
