Non, cette fois pas de nouveau post sur Elon Musk & Co, ne vous inquiétez pas ! Pour ce que chante Julie, vous n'avez vraiment pas besoin de navettes spatiales coûteuses...

 

Julie Jolicoeur, eine unserer Lehrerinnen des Gonzagues Pierre Louis Learning Centre singt "Fly me to the Moon". Und sie macht das wirklich gut!

Dass unsere Lehrerinnen musikbegeistert sind, das wissen wir, glaube ich alle, die auf dem Schulgelände ein und aus gehen, mit den Kindern zu singen gehört zum Standardprogramm, nicht nur, dass die Kinder es lieben, neben dem Spaß hat es auch einen positiven Effekt auf die Körperwahrnehmung, nicht zu unterschätzen bei vielen Behinderungen. Aber dass Julie nicht nur mit Kindern singt, war für mich heute morgen eine echte Überraschung. Klasse!-

I think everyone who goes in and out of the school premises knows that all our teachers are enthusiastic about music, singing with the children is part of the standard program, not only that the children love it, in addition to having fun, it also has a positive effect on body awareness, not to be underestimated in the case of many disabilities. But that Julie not only sings with children was a real surprise for me this morning. Beautiful!-

Je pense que tous ceux qui entrent et sortent des locaux de l'école savent que nos enseignantes sont tous très passionnés par la musique, chanter avec les enfants fait partie du programme standard, non seulement les enfants adorent ça, en plus de s'amuser, ça a aussi un effet positif sur la conscience corporelle, à ne pas sous-estimer dans le cas de nombreux handicaps. Mais que Julie ne chante pas qu'avec les enfants a été une vraie surprise pour moi ce matin. Génial!

"Fly Me to the Moon", ursprünglich mit dem Titel "In Other Words", ist ein Lied, das 1954 von Bart Howard geschrieben wurde. Kaye Ballard machte die erste Aufnahme des Songs im Jahr seiner Entstehung. Frank Sinatras Version von 1964 war eng mit den Apollo-Missionen zum Mond verbunden. Als Frank Sinatra das Lied 1964 coverte, waren bereits mehr als 100 weitere Versionen aufgenommen worden.

 

"Fly Me to the Moon", originally titled "In Other Words", is a song written in 1954 by Bart Howard. Kaye Ballard made the first recording of the song the year it was written. Frank Sinatra's 1964 version was closely associated with the Apollo missions to the Moon  By the time Frank Sinatra covered the song in 1964, more than 100 other versions had already been recorded.

Lin, mir richtigem Namen Linley Abdool Ramane, ist tot. Er starb heute, nur 43jährig, an den Folgen einer Lungenentzündung nach Komplikationen mit einer Nierenerkrankung. Dies ist ein großer Verlust für Mauritius und die Musikwelt, seine Lieder wurden nicht nur im Indischen Ozean gern gehört. 

Viele Touristen werden seinen Liedern ebenfalls begegnet sein, manche waren vielleicht auch auf einem Konzert und haben vor allem einen Ohrwurm immer noch im Kopf, "Sans Ou" war mit Abstand das bekannteste seiner Lieder, unglaubliche 8 Millionen mal auf youtube geclickt und Lied des Jahres 2016. -

Lin, with real name Linley Abdool Ramane, is dead. He died today, only 43 years old, of pneumonia following complications with kidney disease. This is a great loss for Mauritius and the music world, his songs were not only popular in the Indian Ocean.

Lin, de son vrai nom Linley Abdool Ramane, est mort. Il est décédé aujourd'hui, à seulement 43 ans, d'une pneumonie à la suite de complications d'une maladie rénale. C'est une grande perte pour Maurice et le monde de la musique, ses chansons n'étaient pas seulement populaires dans l'océan Indien.

 

Beaucoup de touristes auront aussi croisé ses chansons, certains ont pu être à un concert et surtout ont encore un air entraînant dans la tête, "Sans Ou" était de loin la plus connue de ses chansons, avec un incroyable 8 millions de clics sur youtube et nommée chanson de l'année 2016.

 

 

 "Die lokale Musik trauert. Sänger Lin ist heute gegen 18 Uhr im Jeetoo Hospital verstorben. Seit letztem Donnerstag im Krankenhaus, verschlechterte sich sein Zustand plötzlich. 

Lins Beerdigung findet diesen Dienstag, den 28. September, um 15:00 Uhr in der Kathedrale Saint-Louis in Port-Louis statt. Anschließend wird er auf dem Friedhof von Pailles beigesetzt. Die Gruppe Otentik Groove wird ihm gegen 13 Uhr in seinem Haus eine letzte Ehre erweisen. Wir erfahren, dass Avinash Teeluck, Minister für Kunst und Kulturerbe, heute der Hinterbliebenenfamilie einen Besuch abgestattet hat. 

Anzumerken ist, dass Lin erstmals 2001 mit der Gruppe Negro pou lavi bekannt wurde. Später startete er seine Solokarriere und veröffentlichte 2011 sein erstes Soloalbum mit dem Titel Enn dimans gramatin. 2016 veröffentlichte er mit der Gruppe Otentik Groove das Album Mo recompans. In seinem letzten Artikel in Le Matinal sprach er über seine Zusammenarbeit mit Désiré François am Lied Dilo disik."

"The local music is in mourning. Singer Lin passed away today around 6 pm at Jeetoo Hospital. Hospitalized since last Thursday, his condition suddenly deteriorated.

Lin’s funeral will take place this Tuesday, September 28, at 3:00 pm, at the Cathedral Saint-Louis in Port-Louis. He will then be buried at the cemetery of Pailles. The group Otentik Groove will pay a last tribute to him at his home around 1pm. We learn that Avinash Teeluck, Minister of Arts and Cultural Heritage, paid a visit to the bereaved family today.

It should be noted that Lin first became known with the group Negro Pou Lavi in 2001. He later launched his solo career and in 2011 released his first solo album entitled Enn dimans gramatin. In 2016, he released the album Mo recompans with the group Otentik Groove. In his last article in Le Matinal, he spoke about his collaboration with Désiré François on the song Dilo disik."-

On apprend qu'Avinash Teeluck, ministre des Arts et du Patrimoine culturel, a rendu visite à la famille endeuillée aujourd'hui. 

A noter que Lin s'est d'abord fait connaître avec le groupe Negro pou lavi en 2001. Il a ensuite lancé sa carrière solo et a sorti en 2011 son premier album solo intitulé Enn dimans gramatin. En 2016, il sort l'album Mo recompans avec le groupe Otentik Groove. Dans son dernier article dans Le Matinal, il évoquait sa collaboration avec Désiré François sur la chanson Dilo disik. »

She had an extraordinary voice....and was troubled by demons who eventually caught her today. She was found dead at her home, at age 27. "You know I'm no good...", she sang once, may her soul find peace anyway...
